How does it work?
Pick your gear, choose your rental dates, and check out! Once your reservation is received on our end, we’ll contact you for confirmation. If there is an item that isn’t in our inventory, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll be able to accommodate your request.
Are your items clean and sanitized?
All items are thoroughly sanitized and steamed cleaned at a 275-degree temperature, which kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses. We use nontoxic, organic, eco-friendly, hypoallergenic, and natural cleaners. Safe and clean gear is our #1 priority!
Do you install car seats?
Due to liability and insurance purposes, we are unable to install the car seat for you. We will provide a car seat manual instructions with each car seat reservation.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver island wide on the island of Oahu, Hawaii– Waikiki, Ko Olina, North Shore, Honolulu, Laie, Kailua, Hawaii Kai, Kaneohe, Makaha, Kahuku, Waialua, Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Waianae.
How does an airport delivery work?
We will meet you at your desired location on the airport premises. Please provide your flight info upon check out so that we may confirm before your arrival. This will allow us to have your gear delivered in a timely fashion. Please note that full-size cribs will be excluded in this delivery/ pick up route.
Is there a pick-up location?
We have a reservation-based pick-up location that is 8-10 mins away from the Honolulu airport. This option will be free of charge for pick up and drop off of the rental gear. Please be sure that all items reserved will be able to fit in your vehicle.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery/ pick up with a subtotal order of more than $350
What if I'm unable to transfer equipment from one location to another?
In limited circumstances, Company may be able to transfer the equipment from one location to another at your request. An additional charge of $25.00 will apply.
Do you delivery and pick up outside of regular business hours?
An after-hours charge of $30.00 will apply for all deliveries and pick-ups outside of regular business hours.
Will I be able to add on to my order even if my reservation already started?
For any add-on items or deliveries/pick-ups during the reservation, an additional trip charge of $20.00 will apply.
Do you set up in the room?
This service may be available due to availability, parking, and room access. Please inquire if you would like items to be set up/ delivered in your room. Parking fees may apply to your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations that are cancelled before the 48-hour rental date, will result in a full refund. Any cancellation after the 48-hour rental date, will be refunded 50% of the rental fees paid. This includes no-shows and same day reservation cancellations.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Yes, we offer monthly rentals. Please inquire for more information!
What if there's an issue with my order?
Our goal is to have your Ohana’s travel experience a breeze. If there are any questions or concerns regarding an item, please let us know right away so that we can assist you promptly.
Is there a minimum rental period?
There is a 3-day minimum rental period. Aloha Keiki Rentals LLC does not rent items less than 3 days unless the minimum rental period payment is made.

aloha10- Spend $300
aloha15- Spend $400
aloha20- Spend $500
Military and Kamaʻāina discount are available. Please inquire within!
How do you count the reservation days?
The reservation starts on the first day of the rental period.
